The Strozzi Centering exercise is a somatic practice that walks you through aligning your body and mind across different depths and physical planes. Once you learn this practice, it’s easy to condense it into a 1 minute exercise that you can do anytime you need a quick centering.
This centering practice provides a simple structure to help you destress and realign. The three breaths include: The Centering Breath, The Possibility Breath, and the Discovery Breath. It is adapted from the work of Thomas Crum.
In this video, I’ll walk you through four body dispositions and how they can be used to shift your mood or emotions. https://vimeo.com/manage/videos/710507183/5cab27c2b9
